Terms & Conditions:

1. New students must enroll in the FIRST 2 consecutive months of Eye Level courses to enjoy Offer 1.

2. New students must enroll in Eye Level courses for 3 consecutive months to enjoy Offer 2.

3. There is no upper limit on the number of referrals. Referrers and referees may study at different centers.

4. Current students (referrers) must be studying in Eye Level for at least 1 month during February or March 2025.

5. New students must complete this online registration form and upload the FIRST 2 months' tuition receipt to enjoy the above offers.

6. The offers apply to Eye Level regular courses, including Eye Level Math, Play Math, Summit of Math, English, Sparks, Grammar, Writing, and Chinese (30-minute top-up courses are not applicable).

7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (unless otherwise stated), and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash.

8. A $100 admin fee will be charged for new students upon enrollment, or for students who have not been enrolled for 6 months or more (existing students adding a new subject are exempt).
