Eye Level x Pilot Pen special edition Juice Metallic Colour Gel Pens (6 pieces).

Registration Period: From Nov 1, 2025, to Jan 7, 2026(inclusive of both start and end dates)

Eligibility: All students enrolled in Eye Level regular courses in December 2025 or January 2026 are eligible to register for the prize, including existing and new students.

Steps to Enrol:

Step 1: Settle the full month’s tuition fee for Eye Level regular course for Dec 2025 or Jan 2026

Step 2:  Fill out the required information on the registration page and upload the receipt on or before Jan 7, 2026

Step 3 : Participants will receive the prize in late Jan 2026

Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants who purchase designated Eye Level regular course of Dec 2025 or Jan 2026 during the promotion period of Nov 1, 2025 to Jan 7, 2026 are entitled to register for the giveaway.

2. Participants who submit a qualified tuition fee receipt indicating full month enrollment (i.e., at least four lessons) for either December 2025 or January 2026 will receive one set of the gift..​. Participants enrolled on different courses will receive separate gifts. For example, if a participant enrols in two courses, they will receive two gifts. (The number of gifts available is based on the number of courses enrolled in.)

3. Participants can accumulate entries for different subjects separately. The subjects must be Eye Level regular courses, including: Eye Level Math, English, Chinese, Play Math, Writing, Grammar, and Summit of Math. 30-minute Top Up classes are not included.

4. The information provided by participants cannot be changed. Therefore, participants must verify their information before submission and ensure that a complete and clear photo of the valid tuition receipt is uploaded. All information is based on the records uploaded to the registration page https://eyelevelhk.com/p/20gifts.

5. Duplicate submissions of the same tuition receipt, incorrect, or incomplete information will be deemed invalid. The company reserves the right to cancel the participant's prize eligibility.

6. If participants fail to provide the student's name, email, phone number, student ID or admission month when filling out the form, or if any information is unclear or incomplete, resulting in the company being unable to identify or verify their information, the entry will be deemed invalid.

7. The deadline for lucky draw registration is January 7, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM. The registration data and time for this promotional event will be based on the data collected by the company's server. The company is not responsible for any delays, losses, errors, or unidentifiable submissions due to computer, communication tools, internet issues, or any other problems beyond the company's reasonable control.

8. Gifts will be distributed to registered students by center staff.

9. If a student fails to collect their prize by the deadline, they will be considered to have forfeited their right to the prize.

10. If a winner is unable to collect the prize in person within the designated time, they must provide written authorization for another person to collect it on their behalf. The proxy must present identification of the winner for verification.

11. The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits. The company will not provide any proof or compensation for lost, damaged, or stolen prizes after collection.

12. The company is not the supplier of prizes. Any disputes arising from the use or enjoyment of the prizes must be resolved between the winners and the relevant suppliers. The company are not liable for any responsibility or legal obligations in this regard.

13. This giveaway is organized by Daekyo Hong Kong Co., Ltd.,. The personal data collected will only be used for the giveaway and to verify participant eligibility.(Unless otherwise specified) The company may publicly disclose and print the names and other relevant personal information of the winners for announcement purposes. Personal data will be deleted after the event concludes.

14. In case of any disputes, Daekyo Hong Kong Co., Ltd., reserves the final decision rights.
